WHAT IS NAD+?
Short for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, NAD+ is a coenzyme (a molecule) found in all living cells.
David Sinclair, Co-Director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for the Biology of Aging at Harvard Medical School said in a 2018 Time magazine article that, “NAD+ is the closest we’ve gotten to a fountain of youth.”
“It’s one of the most important molecules for life to exist, and without it, you’re dead in 30 seconds.”
